Thought I would post an update. Got the car back this morning and I see a slight difference in the paint color on the bumper vs rest of the truck. Not noticeable when I am driving it but I can see it when I look hard. Should I ask for this to be corrected?
Once you notice that the paint is different, it will always look different no matter how many times you get it repainted. It is for you to decide how different it looks and if it is annoying beyond getting over it. I too had my bumper repainted on my first RL and I had the shop repaint it because it was not even a close match. They did a much better job the 2nd time and I was still able to see quite easily the difference, but I knew they actually tried the 2nd time and that was the best they could do.

Also, the body shop did not reinstall the taillight assembly 100% correct, it rubs against the door when it swings open. They will fix it.

Also, I got $267 for diminished value, which I think is low. Please give me your thoughts on that.

Thanks
its almost impossible to get the color to match 100% on a car when repainting, its even worst if its a bumper, since the bumper is plastic its hard to get the paint to look the same as the paint on the sheet metal
