My roofrack noise is not very noticeable. I have the XM radio on all the time
and end up with volume that allows me to listen to talk radio and I donot even notice any wind noise. I think installation has a lot to do with the different complaints that have been coming in. I picked a dealer at purchase that did a lot of installations on cars, trucks, etc that they sell. LOVE MY ROOFRACK!

I found an inexpensive solution that is easy to install. I too had the wind noise when the truck reaches 30-40 mph and thought about removing the crossbars. After a little web searching I decided to try the Yakima WindJammer air deflector. It fits perfectly on the front crossbar and takes away most if not all of the wind noise. It was only about $20 with shipping. However, it has "Yakima" printed really big on the front of it - I may black it out....
