Re: Ridgeline's can tow (photos)

40,000 towing miles for my business in the past 18 months. The poor trailer has had nearly every part replaced at some point, but the RL is solid as a rock and continues to pamper beautifully. Sometimes 5,000lbs+full bed+full back seat in jewelry and accessories gets her saggin' in a big way. Thank God for trailer brakes and adjustable headlamps!

Hit the lake with the boat yesterday. First real thing I've towed since getting my truck last month. A little sluggish getting to highway speed, but pulled the boat out of the water without hesitation.

Re: Ridgeline's can tow (photos)

Well, we finally went camping. We went to Bothe State Park in Napa Valley and soaked in the hot springs in Calistoga. This was the first time we pulled the Trillium with the Ridge and I was very pleased and impressed. Put the cruise control on 60 and it would just pull, even on the steepest hills. We were passing other traffic going up Ridgewood grade on 101. Our old Land Cruiser would be 20 mph in the slow lane. Here, as promised 5S Dude, are some pictures:

That is a truly classic camping trailer you’re towing and we just love the unique grill on your gorgeous Ridgeline! Do you know how much trailer weight you’re towing? Thank you so much for posting your pictures and we hope to meet you in Santa Cruz for the third annual meet & greets.

Re: Ridgeline's can tow (photos)

My Ridgeline towed 3,000# worth of stuff during my move from Boston to Chicago last week. Highlights were two motorcycles on a Kendon trailer, Rubbermaid Action Packer bins in truck bed filled with misc stuff (6 fit perfectly in the bed!), two mountain bikes mounted on a Xport Xpress mount, Thule rack-mounted cargo box filled with ~150#s of luggage, a hanging suit bar in the back seat for suits, and several 'under-bed' storage bins in the back seat and other misc stuff.

These are some terrific pics! The more I see the Dark Cherry, the more it has grown on me, especially when it is so shiny and new!

That's a nice setup. How often do you snooze on that bed?
