Re: Ridgeline's can tow (photos)

The gross weight of this trailer was around 4,900 pounds, I towed it almost 900 miles.

That's a sweet trailer! Nice race car too! If I ever got into racing I'd be doing it in a Honda.

I just bought my RL to tow, basically, the same trailer... doesn't the use of sway bars void the warranty?
Do I need to get some?

Re: Ridgeline's can tow (photos)

pulled 4000# over the Sierra Nevada's Donner Pass this weekend, had a spot or two with WOT and just barely maintaining speed, but otherwise pulled fine

IMO it needs stiffer swaybars, supposedly Belltech recently released a set for the RL

How high is Donner Pass?

With regards to belltech, are you referring to the Honda Ridgeline Belltech Coilover Kit Part number 21002 with fully Adjustable Rebound and Compression Dampening? I do want a set of these as soon as they become available.

Can you find a part number for the new swaybar for us? Two of my best friends work in their engineering department and nether one had a clue about a sway bar. Thanks.

OK, not real action pics but it does a fantastic job of towing this l'il camper...

Here's a gratuitous pic of the wife and boy in anticipation of our weekend camping (RVing?) trip. Gotta love January in Florida...temps in Florida Panhandle were, at least for THAT weekend, in the mid 70's!
