Question 5-S a question about your T-Cruiser TT

The unit we have found here locally is actually a Trail Sport. (TSE-191) It is absolutely identical to yours in layout. Made by R-Vision. However it has two key differences....

1. The Trail Sport does not have Equi-Flex Axles like your Trail Cruiser.
- This is supposed to make the Trail Cruiser pull better.
- Local dealer days I will not notice it on such a light trailer.
My question is - from your experience do you think not having this feature will matter?? Or should I wait until I can find a Trail-Cruiser? I want to do everything I can to make the pull as enjoyable as possible.

2. The under tanks are not as protected on the Trail Sport. Have some concern about this but not as much as the axle.

Would love your thoughts. We are supposed to sign on trailer tomorrow.... assuming I don't learn the equi-flex is a big benefit! At which piont I will just wait and order one.

thanks! sorry for the long post!

Re: 5-S a question about your T-Cruiser TT

Hi Tiger, You will be spending a lot of time with your new camper and we suggest you do not feel any pressure to sign anything until you are both totally happy with your choice. Typically the trailer dealer does not really have your best interests in mind and only wants to liquidate the inventory he currently has on hand. I would only suggest that you take the Trail Sport for a test tow if the dealer allows it to get a feel of what it’s like. Cindy and I attended two RV shows before we picked the C191 Trail Cruiser and it was not our first choice. Actually it was the cute little single axle Bantam Flyer 17-foot unit. However, after simulating moving around inside this unit we then walked next door to the C191 Hybrid and could not believe the additional room it had inside. I personally wanted a Rockwood Roo 21SS which has the living room slide-out but it’s weight was too close to the limit and would eliminate being able to load our two dirt bikes in the bed of our Ridgeline while towing. The enclosed “bellypan” of the C191 keeps the tanks insulated and may be an aid to reduce the under trailer air turbulence but I think it was intended more for the colder climates. Take your sweet time when making this type of decision and “Buy your next trailer first” don’t short change yourselves and most importantly have fun together………

P.S. nothing wrong with a used unit either.
