What's in the Towing Package?

I can see why people are confused by the OEM hitch setup. When I access a Honda dealer website looking for the hitch package there is nothing now when looking for the 2008 Ridgeline RTL - however, if I search for the 2007 Ridgline RTL, there it is.

Another point is that the package supposed includes the wiring harness - but when added to the cart it states that the wiring harness must be purchased separately. CRAZY.
