believe me X Brawn, this guy coulda been from Washington State where I live. go easy on those deep south folks. In fact I was surprised to see the plate was not from Washington!! they're everywhere!!
did the driver had a Kentucky mudflap hairdo? you know, business in the front, party in the back? just google "mullet"
