Yes, the original TSB work was done under warranty.

That is kinda what I was thinking, Bill. Since the work wasn't done right the first time, they should keep working on it until it is right. I have an oil change appt. coming up here soon. I think when I bring it in I will bring the printout of the TSB and talk with my SM about it....show him where they screwed up and ask him what he can do to fix it.

I have a 2007 RTL w/ - my windshield whistles - sounds like it comes from right behind the mirror. THey've replaced cowel coverss and the windshield. It seems to have gone away with the warmer weather. Although this morning was cooler again, and I could hear it a bit. I had my service rep drive with it last week, warm day, and no noise at all. Usually happens over 60 mph on the days I hear it. So far the only thing, other than 18 mpg at $3.95/gal that bothers me.
