Should've ended 17-3, but Cecil Sapp dropped a sure TD screen pass at the 2 yard line.. we settled for the FG.

Denver was real conservative and basically ran all night long..

I got a little worried we were letting Oakland stick around too long and that we might end up paying for it, but Oakland is Oakland and I'm just glad we weren't the ones to give 'em their first win. Anyway, Denver is now 4-1 tied with San Diego for first place in the AFC WEST.

I'm still waiting for our offense to kick in.. but we did have another amazing air strike, Plummer threw a bomb to Jevon Walker to put us within in Oakland's 10.. giving us the go ahead TD rush from Tatum Bell.

Speaking of air strikes.. or lack of.. Randy Moss was PUT ON CHECK by the league's premiere Corner.. CHAMP BAILEY! Champ also interecepted a sure TD pass intended for Randy Moss at the Goaline/Pylon which came moments after they had a semi-shoving match.. actually it looked like one of those 'Tests-of-strength' that they do in wrestling.. lol.

I loved how Denver was a 15 point favorite and they came into the game averaging 12 points on offense!

You people act like the Broncos beat a great team. They didn't. I'm a Raiders fan, and will admit they suck. The spread was 15, and they only won by 10. Not to mention the Raiders held the Broncos to 13 points, and roughly 200 yards of total offense.

We scored 13, when we were averaging 12 points.. so you didn't hold us to anything.. Our offense has been stagnant all season.

It's also not a positive to say your team only lost by 10 points.


This is the NFL. Everyone is a a pro. They get paid big bucks to play.. whether they are or aren't doing well in a season does not mean the other team does not show up to play.. ANY team, good or bad, always has a chance. It's the 'any given Sunday' factor.

Also, division rivalries always amount to something, like bragging rights.

One other thing, we did not want to be the ones to give the Raiders their first W.

I know it's not a positive to say my team only lost by 10, but man aren't you listening, I've said in this thread and other ones, THE RAIDERS SUCK and I admit it. Just be prepared to hear it when the Broncos need a win later on in the season, and lose to the Raiders in the Black Hole!!
