Good ROC recruiting day, hoping to get all colors at the meet

We saw FOUR RLs today. That's unusual for us in one day. First just as we were going to breakfast at IHOP I spotted a silver pulling into the Wally World parking lot. We drove over there and tagged it with a flyer for our meet on July 29th and then went back to eat. It turned out it was still there when we went to do some shopping, but we couldn't take the chance of it getting away from us.

It was unique because of the gray moulding on the middle ridge on the doors and the fancy design on the sides and tailgate. It was still there when we were done shopping.

When we were done we pulled into the Sam's Club parking lot and there was a man sitting in another silver truck. It was an RTL with NAVI and the owner only had it for about a month. He said he'd come to our meet. Hopefully he'll join the ROC too.

We headed east into town and I spotted a black one about to turn onto Riverdale Road heading west. Traffic was too heavy to even consider trying to chase them down.

About an hour later when we were ready to head home I got a call from the sales manager who donated our Ridgeline goodies for our meet. He had someone who has a white RL in the dealership and wanted to put us in touch with him. I'd already talked to him about a year earlier and had emailed him the meet flyer, but decided it would be good to talk to him in person again, so we dashed over there. Unfortunately he's got a trip out of the country planned the week of our meet, but we had a nice visit. He's interested in buying a Retrax and said he'd join the ROC. I hope to welcome him online soon.

All in all, not a bad day. We tagged three out of four with ROC info and an invitation to the meet and talked to two of the owners. We've got an eagle eye out for more opportunities to talk to or tag RLs.

We still need colors represented. No whites, blacks or greens are currently on the list of people aiming to attend!
