Save the scan as a jpg and reduce the size to 640x640 max and probably 85% quality. This will get you below the size limitation.

$1 over invoice... this would indicate that either the dealer has been sitting on the vehicle for a long time, or there's some back end money on the Ridgeline.
I've been thinking that Honda was going to put some back end money on the Ridgeline. This may mean it's already started.
