Considering buying 06 Ridgeline

Hi all, I am new to this forum.
I am considering buying a 06 RTS Ridgeline with 28,000 miles for $20,999.
The truck has 78,000 miles left on the drive train and 2 years or 20,000 miles on the factory warranty. This is a Honda certified truck. Is this a good deal?
Are their any problems or gremlins that I should be aware of?

Check the trade in value at KBB.com .... This will give you an idea on what they most likely paid/worth.... Also make sure it was not a dealers demo that has been abused.... One last thing, check what month it was made in 2006, as it may have a few issues that yet have been fixed...
