Is RTX worth it

I am giving the RTX a look for my new RL. Looking over the spec sheet difference of the RTX and RTX I am partial to cloth seats), there are a couple of differences I see that may or may not be worth the $. I probably would use the hitch if it came installed, whereas I didn't miss it much in my current 2006 RTS. If I buy a new RL, I will definitely go with an upgraded aftermarket stereo, so that is not an issue with the RTS "better" (it sucks anyway) OEM unit. I see a strange thing missing in the RTX and that is the lumbar support in front deat. An odd thing to leave out of the RTX, but I don't use it in the RTS except to keep it in off mode. Anyone know of any "hidden" differences in RTS and RTX?

Doesn't the RTX come with those cool looking alloy wheels? I also know it has a different grill.

Re: Is RTX worth it

I see a diff. in the approach/departure angle between RTS and RTX. What does that mean? Also, no security system in RTX. What part of the system is missing? I am starting to lean towards the RTS, but I just got a killer quote of about $22500 for RTX. About $4000 under dealer invoice

Re: Is RTX worth it

the difference in departure angle is probably because an RTX comes std with a trailer hitch.

Re: Is RTX worth it

But what exactly is a "departure angle"?
