2009 Ridgeline Info - NEW!

So IF all the info about a July release is true... when does Honda usually release info or pictures of the MMC update on any vehicle? Will we see anything soon? June? Or literally the day they show up in showrooms? Do you think pictures will leak any time soon? I'd love to at minimum see a couple shots of the styling change before saying no to an 09.

The '09 Pilot info came out April 15 and hit the showrooms May 22.

So that would mean that the '09 RL info should be out sometime in early June.

Just saw this posted on the Truck Trend blog. No new info and it seems any info he hinted at is not accurate based on info known so far.. However, I thought it was just an interesting read and a sign that we may be closer to getting some more solid info soon... hopefully.

Good morning, all. Newbie here, but thought I'd let you know what the salesperson I've been dealing with told me the other day while we were discussing my buying an RL. Please take this with a grain of salt and I doubt any of it is new to most of the folks on this board.

He told me he's expecting his first '09 first of July provided - and he stressed this part - that the dealership could move more of the '08s off the lot. Currently they're sitting on about a dozen, he didn't say how many Honda wanted gone before they send the new model. He said that very little is being changed on the 09's and he either couldn't or wouldn't confirm some of the things I've read about on this site recently.

One thing he did mention, and again this is old hat, is that a turbo-diesel is in the works for the '11 model year.

Not much, but thought I'd drop a line.

Interesting news Mountaineer... if the beginning of July is when the 09's can potentially start arriving (My guess is after the big 4th of July sales weekend) Then, I hope we get some officially info and photos in the next few weeks!
