Used 2006 RTL or new RTX

I was wondering if anybody had an opinion about buying a used RTL is better than a new RTX? I have a choice of two RTL's, on with the NAV and one without for about the same price as a new RTX.

The RTL's have about 30K and are 2006's. The Non nav RTL is 2K cheaper.

Any opinions about the RTL versus the RTX?

Lots more options and perks on the RTL."For about the same price" I assume you mean around $22K. Why not but $4K with that and get a new RTL w/o nav?

The non NAV RTL was about 20.5K and the Nav RTL is about 22K. I would love to get a new RTL, but even with the 4.5K incentive it might be to much for the budget.

How do the leather seats wear? Do they hold up well like other Honda seats?

After talking with a few dealers here in Nashville, I have decided that the RTX is the way for me to go. The increase in features didn't really make me want a higher payment. I have been quoted 22,800 + TTL for the RTX.

You may want to check with Reddell in M'Boro, they have been giving me better deals than Nashville for the last 4 trades!! Was trading with Crest with great results, all that went away with a management change several years ago. I think you will be happy with the RTX, it would be my choice if I did not want to pay extra for the RTL!!

Don't get me wrong - I love the Navi system in mine, but, if I'd known this was even possible when I bought it I would have done it just like CrimsonAudio did.

Well, I went with a 2007 Certified Used Ridgeline with 33K on the odometer. This RTL was built 6 months prior to the RTX I was looking at and I was cheaper. I am looking forward to many years of service from my Ridgeline.
