Re: when to replace a clay bar?

I've only used Meguires hard clay bar. The kit comes with 2 bars and I used the first one to clay 3 cars that had never been clayed, including my RL 3X = 5 cars total. After that, it was getting pretty ugly. I just did the RL yesterday with the second bar, which makes 2X with it. I can still fold it and get enough clean looking clay to keep using it.

Good luck
I'll sure 2nd the use of Griot's clay bar. That's the only one I've used, and I can't imagine any other company's being any better....or as good.
