Tonneau Covers (New Member from Ontario Canada!)

Hello,

I'm new to the ROC and just purchased a 2007 Ridgeline RTS (pic below) and need to get a cover for the bed. I don't need security, just something to keep the contents covered. I'm thinking soft folding cover but would like to know what the community thinks?

Around my area of Ontario (K/W) I can get a Torza Top, ExTang Trifecta, or a Truxedo (among others I am sure?).

I like the look of the Torza Top and Trifecta, they run around the $500 mark here.

What are the most popular choices?
Which is better between the two mentioned?
Anybody in Ontario know a good place to purchase?

Thanks,

E.

p.s. Can't wait to start customizing this thing, they are sweet looking!

I dont have a bed cover, but my friend has the truxedo and she loves it. I like its look and simplicity. But i have no need what so ever for a bed cover so thats why i cant offer any personal experience. Good luck

Re: Tonneau Covers in Ontario

Hello,
I just bought an Extang Tri-Fold from Canadian Tire last week. It was on sale and with taxes came to around $360.00. I put it on tonight and looks and works nicely. The company is called Freedom, but made from Extang and is a good deal. It is a soft cover, looks good and is easy to install.

Re: Tonneau Covers in Ontario

I bought an ExTang Trifecta last year in Toronto for around $390 ( with tax just over $400). Installed in less than half hour and is easy to fold or to remove and store if you need the full bed space. It looks good on vehicle, protects contents and with the Pop N Lock (they have a group buy going here in ROC) I can lock the back when storing tools, luggage, groceries, etc. It seems to have help gas milage slightly. It does keep the snow and rain out but if you are on dusting trails it will not keep dust out. I think that most of the soft covers are similar, I would just shop for the best price. It may be worth a trip accross boarder to pick one up there if you find a good price in US??

I bought the Trifecta at Action Van and Truck on Dixie Rd (just south of 401 in west end).

I've got the Truxedo and have no complaints. I like the look of the Access cover too.

Big E,

Welcome the ROC! One of the advantages of membership is the group buys to accessorize or mod your RL!

Thanks everyone for the replies. I bought the Trifecta, $400 tax in which is pretty good up here in good ole Canada!
