front bumper alignment

My 10 rts seems to have a strange issue, does the bumper need refitted? It's like this on both sides, exactly the same spot, near the headlight.

To me, what appears to have happened is that someone has removed replaced the front fascia at one time. When it was replaced, the persons doing it failed to get the flat tabs under each headlight back into their respective slots.

It's going to the dealer tomorrow, due to a tab they broke on the rear bumper cover. I will try to get then to address the issue. If not ill do it myself.

I have it too. Had it fixed and it popped out on one side within weeks - I just (try to) ignore it now. I'm having Honda swap-out my usb port grille and hopefully the bumper will get fixed then by default.

Its at the dealer now. They told me they messed with it when I originally mentioned it and said thats just how it is. I explained to them what I had read on the forum, and that the clips are not properly clipped. We shall see what they do!

After removing my front bumper to install a new grille, I used my palm to "snap" the bumper back in place afterwards. I accidentally folded the tabs over when I hit them with my palm. It was months later before I realized exactly what I had done. I loosened up the bolts, flipped the tabs back into the proper position and gently pressed them in. Everything has been snug every since. As long as your tabs are undamaged, they should snap back into place.

My 09 did this, i finally had to put it into the body shop, i think they used glue to repair mine, anyway, it's been fixed about 8 months with no problem.
