Incomparable writing and rock music for a different taste, mood, space and era.
Doubt we will even see anything close in our times although very few young people with different taste may actually listen to it. Genesis seconds out, when I was 14, this was like my first kiss ( not the group :-). a real first girl kiss) that I will always enjoy and never get tired of it. |

Went to see this group, last night. Amazing sound, laser lights and video screens.
This is the only one I found fresh that is my my league for taste in last few years and maybe 2 decades. original sound, original music, voice,style. I would say a combo of queen with you two (reminds me of Bono's voice) with more variants of speed and other things that makes them more interesting. I was recommended radio head ( omg some guy moaning all the time depressing like he is going to die) Tool, meehh not quite there. Again what is it about British rock groups that always stand out for a unique style, music that could be timeless and interesting, although I never cared about the Who, The rollingstones or even the Beatles that much. Widespread Panic took about 10 months off in 2012, and returned right before New years Eve, some great sounding shows that I have already gotten my hands on.
Really looking forward to seeing the boys 4/12 & 4/13 in Chicago. "the grass all around us is green and fine" |

Nelson's Ledges quarry park in ohio has some great shows. Full weekends of camping and jamming!
nlqp.com - but they haven't posted the schedule for this year yet. Various Genre's throughout the year. Best shows are the "Dead" Shows imho. Arrive early for the best campsites
