I had a small window of CNC time to machine a billet dash cubby cover for my Ridge before the long drive up the coast to what we hope to be one of our clubs largest gatherings of Ridgelines on the west coast.
It’s gonna have hinges mounted to the back and swing up or down to open but I’ve got more research to do to perfect that part. The surface finish matches the door pulls really well and the “louvers motif” matches the ones on the doors too.
I just thought some of you would like to see what I was up too……… Yeah, I’ve got prototype dress-bars in the works as well………

Big liability issues with the billet pedal covers to overcome but we haven’t thrown in the towel just yet on these babies either.

Anyhow, I would really appreciate everyone's thoughts on this project.

Thank you all.

ROC-On!......

Hi jfdco5,

Our products are all a culmination of ideas from ROC-Head's like ourselves and we've been perfecting these products for about as long as the trucks been around. Most of the engraving is laid-out and positioned straight from our members as they place their order.
So you really can have a custom piece for your Ridgeline that is exactly how you want it to look.
Our standard Billet Aluminum Door-Sills in brushed satin silver finish with the Ridgeline
outline logo are $80.00 plus shipping.

Black powder coated wrinkle finish are $90 plus shipping. Custom one of a kind engraving is $15 extra.

You can see more examples on the ROC Online store here;

Our Billet Aluminum Cubby-Covers are also available in both brushed satin silver and powder coated in black textured finish. They come complete with an aircraft extension drill, 3/32 Allen wrench, Stainless Steel hinges/hardware and installation instructions.
Standard Cubbies in brushed satin finish are $110.00 plus shipping and 120.00 in black powder coated finish. Custom one of a kind engraving is $15 extra.

You may send me the ship-to zip code and I will return UPS/USPS ground estimates. Payment is through PayPal, sending the total to my email address.
ryonehara@adelphia.net.

I machine these products as a hobby on Saturday. I run the Cubby Cover, Door Sills and Rear License Plate Frames in large batches to lower the costs associated with powder coating. So I’ve got parts in the machining center, parts being processed at the powder coater and finished product being packaged and shipped.

Simply place your order by email and include your shipping address. I will return a jpg design file for your approval. Turn around is two weeks or less dependent on work load. You really do get exactly what you want.

Once you approve the example design, you can PayPal the total to my email address and production begins. We provide only the very best in billet accessories and are thoroughly inspected to be completely flawless before shipping.

Thank you so much for your interest in these products and for supporting The Ridgeline Owners Club,

Ron (5S Dude)

I recieved and installed mine today in standard silver with Ridgeline logo.

Now I have covered up that hideous gaping hole and finished off the dash also helping secure my stuff from no-gooders peeking in the windows in parking lots.

Now will be able to keep my Ipod stowed right below the AUX jack input. :act035::act035::act035:

Great job and quality workmanship from ROC member Ron (5S Dude) however I do have some future modification suggestions:

A. A small indention on the bottom of the cubby cover for a couple of fingers to slide under would help in opening it
B. A small lock would help to better secure the cubby too

I have the black powder coated cubby cover. It's matches the dashboard grey/black perfectly. I'll post the pic later today so you can compare....

I wouldn't put it exactly that way Joe. After all, it was guys like you from the old guard that brainstormed most of the engineering on these dash covers.

Without you guys, I'd still be sitting here looking at that chunk of machined aluminum...

Here's a few pieces from today's activities...
