navigation
voice activation

is there anything else i'd lose? i guess climate control by voice too....

the reason i'm asking is that i'm planning on a car computer install which will do all of the following...

navi
voice commands
bluetooth
mp3
backup camera

Re: what do i lose by not getting navi?

Well to name a few:
The climate control on the RL with Navi are different than the non Navi RL's. There is a sensor that tracks the sun and controls the fans. If the sun is on the left hand side the fan on left hand side will blow harder than the right and follows the sun or something like that, i've read it somewhere in the manual about this neat feature. Don't have to mess with alternative GPS receiver, everything is built in. and the other stuff you mentioned.

If I remember correctly, you will loose AUX input. Though I might be wrong.

ok, thanks for the replies, i was thinking i'd lose more than that.. how about steering wheel controls? i think they stay if i remember right.

by best price so far is 25,500 rtl no nav.. i'm thinking of offering 25 flat plus buy their 20" wheels at full retail if they throw in nav.... and if they can offer a written guarantee that there will be no warranty issues (sales manager said there wouldn't be, but i don't trust 'em as far as i can throw 'em)

The only controls i think you may loose, is the voice activation controls, RTL no navi, which is what i have has stereo controls on the left and cruise controls on the right.
