Remote Control Mini Ridgeline

Does anyone have the R/C mini RL? I've seen them online, but my dealer didn't have any - they are supposed to be ordering one (yep, just one, that's what they said??). Just curious if it is worth buying...

I was very fortunate to have a very close friend and fellow ROC-Head give me one at our last meet & greets and I can say it’s a full on blast! I love my very special “Matchbox” collection as well. This thing hauls across the driveway and has a surprising range! The kitty cat is not very Ridgeline friendly however…….

Thanks for the close up pic. How long does it last on a single charge?

I've not had a chance to "drive" it much as the control is quickly snatched by one of our two kids but I think it's about a ten to fifteen minute run. The control/base doubles as a charger too by opening the blue door on the side of the control, the RL clicks in for a quick & go.

I have one, it charges up from the remote unit and I find that if you press the forward button before you remove it from the remote that it works better. I can not get it to go further than maybe 2 feet before the charge is through and you have to put it back on the charger/remote to charge. It is the Sema show prototype with no trunk and four moonroofs. The accuracy is mediocre. The matchbox rl is more true to our trucks appearance.

Thanks for the good pics dragonslayer. Do you know if there is a newer model that is more accurate in shape, etc.? The one with the 4 moonroofs is the only one I've seen.

I got one as a gift but I can't get it to work. I charge it up overnight, but pressing any of the buttons does nothing. Is there an on/off switch on the truck?
