How to cover pinch welds along bottom of doors?

The 'pinch weld' along the bottom of the doors pictured below is rather unattractive. I'd like to cover it with a bar or something. This sport bar in black for around $210 seems like it would be perfect, but Westin apparently doesn't make them for the Ridgeline.

Most nerf bars and steps I've seen have a 3" or 4" gap between the truck and the bar/step, which I think wouldn't hide this weld. And they cost around $350, which is a bit much for what I'm trying to accomplish.

I suppose I could paint it black, any other products or suggestions?

Frank

I put these on some time ago, still holding up.

My buddy Ron (5S Dude) made these for me. He has also posted a parts list for making your own. Search Dress Bars.

I tried Ondlinks' PepBoys solution last year and they made it through a Chicago winter. It's subtle, but it does clean up the look.

Thanks ONDLINKS, body molding just might do the trick! I'll have to look online as the local auto parts stores in Marysville (Ohio) don't have the black molding in stock, only 'chrome'.

How much did it cost? It looks great! Is Ron selling these for the masses yet?

With all of Ron's other projects backing up, he decided not to offer the dress bars. He did post a list of materials to do the job yourself. Just search Dress Bars and you will find it. Sorry.

The part no. is Style Guard T3502C, 1" European u-molding in 14'(?) lengths. I searched the 'Net for this for over an hour and can't find it available for sale online. Ugh!

The manufacturer lists Pep Boys and AutoZone as offline suppliers, and their on-line supplier doesn't list the item. The nearest Pep Boys is 25 miles, and my town's AutoZone doesn't have it.

Anyone know where I can get it online?

I remember looking for it online with no luck also. Pep Boys seems to have it most of the time but only in the store. I could not find it on Pep Boys online site.
