Finally found some black wheels that I like!!

Whats up guys. American Racing just came out with a version of the Fuel wheel called the Fuel B, coated all black with Teflon. It fits the Ridge perfectly. Going to keep the size 17 so I can keep my BFG Muds. What do you guys think. It will cost $800 total. If I powder-coat my own I will save about half, but they wont have teflon.

Those are nice looking wheels. What color RL are you putting them on? Post some pics once you have them on.

I think that those wheels have what the stock wheels are missing. A raised center cap. I'd go for it with the teflon personally. Maybe I'll get a set myself if I don't spend too much paying Uncle Sam in April.

Re: Finally found some black wheels that I like!!

yea the practicality and functional aspects of teflon-coated wheels really compliment the practical design of the ridgeline.

assuming the wheels do stay cleaner...

...and if so, why not have a fully teflon-painted exterior if it could help keep the whole truck cleaner?

Hate to burst your bubble, but they're not all that new. They've been around for about 2-3 years now.
