Are they hub centric? You might need hub centric rings to center them right on the hubs. Also are you using wheel spacers? My vibration issues I had awhile back was due to a bad set of spacers, no idea why but truck just didn't like them.

Re: Vibration With 22's

Are you 22's new or used? How much did you ride on them before the vibration?

Give us some more input to help problem solve

Re: Vibration With 22's

Well there you go, the bend is most likely your problem... See if the place you bought them from will warranty it for you. Sorry but with 22's, bending the rims doesn't seem that uncommon as the amount of rubber you're using between the rim and road is minimal.

Re: Vibration With 22's

If you didn't smack a curb somewhere and damage the rims, the bent or warped one should be replaced under warranty.

22" = PIA. I had them and will never go back to them.

I don't know if you can get larger tires. That's the problem with 22" wheels is you can't get tires big enough to fit inside the wheel, maintain stock braking ability and that will also protect the rims. My truck came with 22"s and I hated the ride, noise and lousy gas mileage that came with them. I switched back to the stock 17"s, but have a set of 20" wheels and am saving for the tires.

If you tires still won't balance out, try removing the tires from the wheels and swapping them around to the other wheels.

Re: Vibration With 22's

They are definitely not going to ride very good no matter what you do, but some off brand tires are hard to balance anyway. See if they have a balance machine that can balance them with weight on the tire. I have seen people have trouble getting their tires balanced and taken it to a place that has one of those machines and it is fixed the first try.
