Porous Transmission Casing

Lucky me. I just got my 2010 RT 3 weeks ago and it is leaking transmission fluid. It is at the dealership now and they stated that the leak is actually coming from the casing. They are replacing it with a new transmission this week.

No, just a lazy mechanic. They'll get it right the second time.
