17"Aluminum Alloy Chrome-Look Wheels

I think I would like the look of the "Chrome-Look" wheels on the Billet Silver RLT that I am presently shopping for... but i have not seen them on an actual RL to know if they do indeed look good.

Can i get some feedback from those of you who have indeed purchased these and if you are happy with them or if you wished you had bought them?

I assume its cheaper to add them at the point of purchase verses later?

Also should I consider aftermarket rims instead? I think I read that the OEM valve stem monitoring(??) would no longer work?

Thanks!!!

I think that the 17" Allow chrome look wheels are awesome, and have considered buying them myself. But, for the money, you can get 20" chrome wheels, depending on where you look. Sure, you may pay more to add tires, but in the end, you have something that stands out more. If Honda made the 17 inchers more affordable, I would have bought them in a heartbeat.

Enclosed is a picture of my white ridge with the chrome-look wheels. I am very happy with them and I don't know if you could tell the difference from real chrome.

I bought mine through Perma-star. They are part of the goodrich technology corp.

I paid $200 ea through my local tire dealer, mounted and balanced.

As for the tpms, they work fine with no problem.

Hope this is of some help.

Tom

O.C., very nice! I've never been a big fan of white because it's plain without any additions, but your rims and door protectors make it look fantastic!

I have them and I am very happy with them. For my taste they look sharp without being too flashy, just classy. They also clean up easily. Here are couple of pictures of the wheels on a black truck.

Wow looks really nice Tom.

Just to clarify you pruchased these via a Tire Dealer for $800.00? Did that include mounting and balancing etc?

Did they instally the TPMS sensors? I assume that is an acronym for Tire Pressure Monitoring System?

Wow Tom, we love your side protectors and door mounted Ridgeline logos along with your wheels. Very nice classy look in white.
