it is a model remote control RL.
Mini prototype SUT comes with remote control/charger. Car goes forward, backwards and turns left and right. Charges in 45 seconds. Requires 2 "AA" batteries, not included. Only available in blue. Car is aproximately 1 1/4" x 2 3/4" Operates on 27Mhz Frequency
