Windshield Wiper Replacment.

I know this isn't real cool or sexy but it took me some time to figure this out so I figured I'd pass it on. Someone out there might use this info.
To replace the pasenger side wiper the hood needs to be closed.
Carefully pull the wiper away from the windshield about two inches and push a small lock on the back of the blade swivle releasing the blade twards the base of the arm.
Snap on the new blade by lineing it up with the end of the arm and pulling in twards you.
The drivers side you should open the hood so you can swing the blade arm out from the windshield. Same little locking part as the pasenger side.
It took longer to figure this out than seems right.
Hope this helps someone out.

Re: Winshield Wiper Replacment.

That's one way. Another way is to turn on the ignition key so the wipers work. Then, when they are about 1/2 way through a wipe cycle (The wipers are somewheres around vertical), turn the key off. They'll stop/stay in that vertical position. Then you can change your wipers fairly easily.

If you do it like cdepuydt says and use inserts instead of the whole blade it's real simple My service guy showed me it took about 5 min

I just took the hood off - made it much easier to get to them.

This is a man with too much time on his hands. I am envious.
