Have You Heard This One?

My wife and I were at one of Tennessee's nice/clean rest stops off of !-24earlier this week when a lady approched my wife and asked " is that your Honda truck"? My wife responded that is was and the lady says, "it is adorable"! Now I have heard great looking truck, nice truck, super truck, etc. But adorable! I will have to think about this one.

I get a lot of fingerpointing from young kids followed by "that's the Ridgeline Dad". Is Honda advertising on the Saturday morning cartoon shows?

Re: Have You Heard This One?

We pulled in to the Outback Steak House "pick up" area and the girl who brought our food out (must have been 18) said "Oh I want this truck so bad! My dad won't buy it for me." -- Geez! In all my years of driving I never once thought "daddy" owed me a car!

Re: Have You Heard This One?

Interesting to read the different takes on the Ridgeline. I work at an inner city alternative high school. I was a block from school at a stop light and there was a group of "gansta" kids (late teens, early 20s) walking down the street. One of them looked at me, the Ridgeline, back to me, and said, "Straight up ride, man." From "adorable" to "straight up".

Re: Have You Heard This One?

As most of you know, I'm really drooling over the RL. I'm in Alabama helping fix up my mother's house. Anyway, we were at the Galleria in Hoover today and there was a Steel Blue RTL in the parking lot. So I mentioned it. She said "Oh it's really cute." Hmph. I suppose it could be described that way.
