Yup, there's a lot of disappointment in Van Wert, OH, a small town that was in the running right up until the end.

Honda sources many of it's plant associates through Addecco or other temp agencies just like Toyota in Georgetown KY. That way, they don't have to pay benefits which keeps the price of their vehicles down.

If I remember correctly, they initially hired some permanent employees at the Marysville plant and brought in a bunch of people from overseas to train them. Many of the folks there are temps as well.
