Question Rumbling Sound When Slowing Decellerating

Has anyone noticed a "rough spot"probably in the transmission when slowing down. Did not notice the RPM's or speed, but probably areound 20-25 MPH. It feels like a slight vibration, almost like the feel of very knobby tires buzzing on the ground. It happens for a few seconds and then is smooth again. Kind of like a low growl. Strange
