Yes, I think the RL is at least a triple E.

If this is your first make sure you have secured it completely such that there is absolutely no flapping or abrasion anywhere. You will also have to keep it scrupulously clean i.e. you won't want dirt or moisture getting under the bra to abrade or otherwise contaminate the paint job.

I've had a couple of nose bras for sports cars in the past and after a while you tend to get careless with them. You won't want this to happen w/your new baby!

Re: Nose Mask

I agree with Laser - I had a LeBra brand (I think that is what it was - a good quality one anyway) on a 1991 Civic SI and in Taos it is very dusty. Long story short after 3-4 years, it didn't get taken off enough and cleaned underneath and the dust and grime started getting to the paint.

Not only that but the paint certainly faded differently. On our last 3 cars (all purchased in Colorado), all had the clear 3M brand bras. Man those are really nice. You don't see it - it protects REALLY well, the paint all fades evenly and it can be taken off too if you want. Our last 2 cars had the clear bra on the mirrors also and that is really nice.

The material is pretty expensive by itself and it is not the easiest stuff to work with but when I get my Ridge I plan on trying to install it myself.

Re: Nose Mask

I'm not sure ladyridge needs to worry about paint fading--the sun almost never shines in No. Ohio!!

Boy isn't that the truth. BUT...I did have a beautiful, sunny, 72 degree Mothers Day. We drove around in the RL all day with the moonroof open and the windows down. It was almost like being on my motorcycle. Unfortunately, we stopped at so many stores on the way home from our drive that we are, as I type this, putting the mask on. So...pictures will have be taken tomorrow. Sorry everyone.

Re: Nose Mask

Have any of you run across the invisible bra for the Ridgeline yet? My 03 Accord has a number of chips on the front from rocks, bugs, etc, and since the Ridgeline has considerably larger front end, I would imagine this will be a much bigger issue with this vechicle. I;ve been kicking myself for not buying the invisible bra for my Accord, and I personally dislike the conventional car bras. Therefore, when I get my Ridgeline, I plan on purchasing the invisible bra, but I wonder how much it will run as it was $350ish for my Accord. Have any of you had the invisble bra on any of your other cars, and how did you like it?
