Re: Console pads for the RL

Great idea. I often carry photo equipment in the console and I've been padding the bottom with microfiber towels. Some of that cupboard liner would work well.

I'm confused why the person is showing cut outs for the dash cubbies and armrest cubes. Doesn't everyone's truck already have rubber mats in there? Are the photos from a Pilot interior? The cup holders are different too.

Re: Console pads for the RL

Just got thru installing his full pad set for the Pilot. Service was very prompt and product is professionally done and packaged. I'd like to have a set for the RL too so hopefully he'll decide to pursue it.
I believe the pictures are all from a RL - looks like the back door's cup holder and rear seat middle armrest as far as the cup holders go. I have an RTL and it does have the rubber bottoms in the door handle area and above the glove box but I don't know if that's standard on all the trim models. So there are less areas in the RL that could utilize these pads than in the Pilot but there are still enough that need them that would justify me getting them if made available - especially the middle console areas and bottoms of the lower door pockets.

Thumbs up Re: Console pads for the RL

This guy (wwong of www.hondapilot.org) is the Bling Master of the pads!

I have purchased everything that he made for the Pilot! My current Pilot pads are over 2 years old and still look like they did the day I installed them!

I assure you that this product is TOP quality! He is VERY easy to deal with! Very fast shipping!

I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!

I just placed my order with him.....Hopefully he will make the pads for the rest of the RL (He only offers the center console pads now)

Depending on the response, I am sure he will make a FULL set for the RL...

Re: Console pads for the RL

How heavy is the material he uses? I was wondering if he might offer a trunk mat also.

It is neoprene material. 1/8 thick? It has an adhesive on the back to keep it in place. It is cut exactly to fit perfect....

Email him @ pilotpads@msn.com for complete details. He is a pleasure to deal with!

Hope that helps!

Second to last post....

"2 pads for the Front center console cupholder
1 pad for the small tray next to the cupholders
1 pad for the large lower bin
1 pad for the small lower bin
1 pad for the upper tray under the center armrest

$12 + $3 S/H"

I hope he makes more!

Excellent product!
