AZ Meet - October 21st! Who's Coming?

Hey All,

Rocky will be posting more information shortly.

Want to get a 'roll call' as to who will be attending the AZ Meet in Scottsdale this Saturday, October 21st, 11 a.m. at the Scottsdale Pavillions.

Let's see if we can beat out the Mid Atlantic meet scheduled for the same day!! I think we can, but we need a small commitment for a few hours of your day. We already have Twintym coming from So Cal. Of course, anyone else from any other area is welcome too! And the weather report looks good for the meet (sunny, low 80's).

I look forward to seeing a lot of you this weekend.

Here is a map of the area. If you need directions, go to Google Maps and search on "E Indian Bend Rd & 101, Scottsdale, AZ" which is the exact location of the Scottsdale Pavilions. The green box is where the car show is held at 4PM. The red box is an area of parking lot that is always empty. I think that's where we should initially meet for a couple hours of meet and greet, accessory comparison, pictures, contests, etc. After that, we can head somewhere for lunch, then to one of the many scenic areas in town. If you have any suggestions on scenic places or restaurants, let me know. I'm going to call my favorite sports bar called Goldie's to see how big a party they can handle. Either way... if you need further clarification, please ask. I'll post more later with more information. Until then, happy RL'ing!

I just spoke with Mike (AZ Ridgeliner) and he has confirmed he is going to come. Problem is he is FLYING in early that morning from CT. (guess that makes him the furthest traveled to a meet!) I got to figure out how to get two RLs down there (mine and his).

Weather is looking great for the weekend!

I went to my dealer (Right Honda of Scottsdale) and the service manager said he will be there (in his RL) with some Honda goodies for us. I left a message for the car/truck writer at the AZ Republic and he may show up too.
Can't wait to see the line-up.
