And what did you do with the chrome star that comes with those wheels? I prefer the look without it, but maybe would consider painting it black, rather than do without.

Re: 2" Truxxx Lift Kit, 20" KMC Wheels, 305/50R20 Toyo A/T Open Country

Thanks for the props guys! Sad to admit....this has been a very trying, difficult experience to complete. The lift kit is fantastic. However the tire sizes I have picked are proving to be too large for a stock untrimmed ridge (32" O.D., and about 11" wide). So....I have had to trim AND repaint the rear edges of the front wheel archs. I know its not ideal....expecially for a perfect, stock ridge, but the strong, wide look is what I wanted so I have decided to fork out the cash to make it exactly how I want it.

As for the pic I posted...you are correct, I do not currently have the center caps on....the only reason being that I dont currently have lugs short enough to fit beneath the center caps. Those are on the way...and as Lingered suggested, my current plan is to scotch brite the chrome stars and repaint then a matte black color. It should complete the tough military look I was hoping to achieve between the green and black.

Of course...as I get more pics and finish this job, I'll post more pics and my write up for the ROC users to see

Well, the end result definitely looks to be worth the effort. Can you send some close-up pics of the fender mods so we can see them for those of use that want to do a lift in the future with some meatier tires like you have. That is the ever lingering question in my mind - how to do that mod properly. I (and many others I am sure) really want to go with some 265/70/R17s and it looks like what you did may allow them to fit as well.

That looks Bad Ass! I like it. I'd like to know how the set-up performs off-road.

Re: 2" Truxxx Lift Kit, 20" KMC Wheels, 305/50R20 Toyo A/T Open Country

Anther quick question - I noticed that the rims and tires are the same kind as the ones used on the Truxxx show truck. However are they the same size as well? Did they have to go to such lengths to get the tires to fit? There is very limited info on their site. Thanks.

That is a SWEET looking Ridge! Question: Does the lift and DUBs take away any from gas mileage? Any suspension issues?
