My Set up is IDENTICAL to the one on the TRUXXX page.....I happened to park next to that thing one day and decided it was time for my stock Ridge to go. So I got on the phone and started figuring out how to piece this setup together....and finally got it all: 2" Truxxx Lift Kit, 20" KMC Klutch Wheels (Black), 305/50R20 Toyo A/T Open Country (roughly 32" x 11"). BTW - that is not the TRUXXX show truck....it is actually the Honda MX Ridgeline that was put together by a local custom shop here in L.A. called Kelly and Son Paint. They worked with TRUXXX, KMC, and Honda to put that thing together, and also had to trim in the same manner as mine.

Funny thing is, after looking at the wheel well (before trimming) with my new wheels, tires, and lift...it didnt seem like even a 3 or 4inch lift would work for this size combo without trimming. The wheel arch shape and steering/suspension path just aren't very receptive to larger O.D. tires. Though I could very easily be wrong...it just looked that way....anybody hae experience with this????

Cool. I like yours much better than the MX Riddgeline. That one was far to flashy for my taste. Do you have any close-up pics of the fender trim job that was done to show how much was taken off and where? Did you have to repaint the whole fender or just touch up that lower area?

I wonder, was this done in the Honda BAJA truck that runs in the race? It had 33" tires if I remember correctly so it must have been trimmed I guess.

Looking forward to some more pics. Offroad pics if you have any would kick much butt!

Love the black Rims against the Olive! I checked out the photo Gallery and you made agreat choice going with them to lift.

I stayed stock on suspension and I know friends of mine that are both lifting and lowering.

Any chance we can get some better pictures of your ride, and especially of the trimming you had to do to get those tires to fit? Now that I've got a Truxxx lift I'm itching for some bigger tires too!

I am going to sell this truck....I recently moved to the Bay area and it no longer makes any sense to drive this monster truck around the city!! Should I sell the wheels separately, or keep them on? I retained the stock wheels and tires, so the option is there? I figure there may be a small market for these specific wheels because they no longer make them...

any ideas guys? or previous experiences?
