Mailo,

Nice rims. I found those Axis rims in a black gloss finish. If you don't mind, what size tires are you using, and do you have any rubbing issues?

D R E W --those look great on your truck and I normally don't like bigger rims. Very tasty addition. How's the ride over the rough stuff?? I used to have an SVT Focus and I managed to bend a rim or two from pot holes Not enough tire for some streets.

Re: Sitting on 22's post your pics...

Of all of the cars I've owned each and ever car was lowered, had larger diameter wheels and low profile tires. I'm used to the harsh ride. I'd sacrifice looks and handling over creature comforts but as for the RL I did not notice any change over stock ride. If I could do something I'd go with a larger profile tire but the RL being lowered I had no option but to go with the thin 35 series profile tire.

Re: Sitting on 22's post your pics...

35's ? ... but it looks really cool lowered........this coming from an "older" member of ROC no less. Your RL is one of the nicest examples I've seen. Black is by far the best looking color-I'm just too anal to deal with it.

Re: Sitting on 22's post your pics...

DREW,
Thanks for the pics. Rims look fantastic. I have a Formal Black RTL, so it's like a glimpse into my near future. I think 20's would be good enough for me. Great job, DREW. I'm impressed.

D R E W, Looks good dude!
I'm surprised I haven't seen you around. I certainly would have noticed.
Do you have issues with your R/L pulling left or right depending on the crown or ruts in the road? Or even a high speed shimmy felt in your steering wheel?
I only have 20's and I noticed this problem.

Thanks

Yes, I am a happily married, middle-aged father of three, but I love my pimp daddy 22s.

Fantastic looking wheels and tires. But, no wheel locks? You must never leave that truck alone.
Does it handle any differently? Wow.
