I'd go with the OEMs because they are the best all-around, all-season tire I've ever had. As far as opinions, I can't recall any negatives on the boards. I'd probably change if I knew something else was better, but personally, I'm (more than) good with the LTXs.

If you do decide to change, please update us as to what and why - and give an updated review after some miles. Thanks.

Re: Which one would you buy and why?

The Firestones will get noisy after a few thousand miles. I had them on my Dodge--nice tire and more aggressive, but with that comes noise. Probably OEM's for me.

Re: Which one would you buy and why?

My vote is for the OEM tire. I like them so much, I bought them for my wife's SUV.

Here is a quote from a Gary Flint interview about changing to aftermarket wheels. I know you are not looking at aftermarket wheels, but it may still be relevant.

"The Ridgeline’s tires and wheels were specifically designed to meet the load rating, handling, and crash performance of this vehicle. Any aftermarket wheel will not meet the strength requirements these wheels have been subjected to. Therefore it is an exceedingly bad idea to replace them with ANYTHING other than the Honda accessory wheel. Additionally, you should be aware making this type of modification voids any warranty claim relating to the suspension, brakes or drivetrain. "

I'm not sure if this applies to the OEM tires or just the wheels. If safety is a deciding factor, go with the OEM tires; Honda picked them for a reason.

If you are looking at Tire Rack, the Michelin's have a 9.1 user rating out of 10. I didn't check the others, but I trust opinions from those who have already made the purchase. That's why I place so much weight in user ratings and forums like these before I buy anything.

Good move on starting the poll.

Everyone really seems to think highly of the stock tires. What is the price difference from the stocks compared to the listed alternates.

Re: Which one would you buy and why?

Just had a stock Michelin put on my new full sized spare today. Zero regrets.

Re: Which one would you buy and why?

I'm going "other" as in OEM. I loved the Tripletreds when I had them on my V6 Accord, but they seem like a car-tire more than an off-road/truck tire. Sure some argue that the Michelins are not off road tires, but for my needs, they are very capable and I love the all aroundness (new word) with highway ride and noise or lack thereof.

Have never like Firestones, just personal preference.

Re: Which one would you buy and why?

I have no idea how to register my vote, do a press a button somewhere? But for caucus purposes, I vote other, with the OE Michelins or similar Michelins as my choice. 70K out of a tire should tell you something, especially OE tires. My Goodyear Wranglers on my 04 TITAN were looking worn at 20k. My Ranger's Bridgestone, Firestone what ever recalls replace by Michelin LTX/AT's looked like 50% worn after 50k on the tires.

And for the record, I was not moved by Hillary crying.
