TSW does not have stock of this exact size wheel,how much of a difference does going to a 40mm offset cause?

Hello everyone in R.O.C. land I have four mags from a SI that my wife had until a younger boy with dads H3 cut her of an totaled it ,My wife had winter tires on when they towed it and that is what the insurance company accepted so any way we have four mags that don't have 300miles on them that we would like to sell we would take 300.00 for all I'll post a PIC thanks everyone

What are the specs on those sweet tires? The brand? I'm looking for something along those lines...5 or 6 spoke chrome with black inlay, like the sweetest of the sweet from SEMA. I'd like 17 or 18 to keep the ride and be able to go off road...any suggestions?
