The 32.5" BFG M/T KM's & Truxxx Fit Great!!!

Well, I was right with all my figuring on tire size (255/75/17) in a Mud tread, as it worked out awesome today after I installed the Truxxx lift.

Little pinch weld trimming was needed, but worth the 10 extra minutes by far.

After talking with Truxxx yesterday about it, they said I would be the first they knew of to attempt a 32" tire with their lift on a Ridgeline!

Pictures taken by iPhone, so not the greatest.

Re: The 32.5" BFG M/T KM's & Truxxx Fit Great!!!

That looks seriously tough. It reminds me of Lowrider70s rig.

So, the question must be asked again - do you have any rubbing when you turn? On a flat or incline? If not then I am willing to bet as I have been guessing all along - that width on these large tires has as much bearing on fit as does diameter. Being on 255, you are an more than an inch narrower than my 285/60/R18s which do rub a little. But they are only 31.4" tall.

Very interesting work you did. Congrats on an awesome lift and tires. BTW, how far off is your speedo? I am sure it is more than 10% as mine is about 8% off. Makes your warranty last longer if nothing else :-)

Re: The 32.5" BFG M/T KM's & Truxxx Fit Great!!!

Some answers;

Absolutly no rub FULL lock to lock.

Trimming was required on both passenger and driver side pinch welds, like already mentioned above.

Rear has tons of room, no issues anywhere, and simple install of the Truxxx back there.

Driving one front tire on a stump, then a large pile of stones, no rubbing or touching of any plastics, metal, etc.

Speedo is off by 4.8mph.(slower)

Rides incredably smooth, and the tires produce a very low hum, that most mud tread tires will make.

No "mountians" here smart ass, just tons of open and tight trail riding in the Pines. Few off road parks as well, but a little too dramatic for the Ridgeline.

Lastly, my buddy was completely stoked with his new lifted, aggresive looking Ridge!

Phase two later this week...
