Without changing my driving habits, I have documented a ten to twelve mile difference per tank of regular. However, this is only a rough estimate during my forth or fifth tank since mounting the 20” wheel & tire combination. I am wondering how much improvement can be obtained thru the use of the cold air intake and 2.5Ø flow master exhaust system.

I agree...but I think 20's are good on the RL...you can still use 50's and thus keep a decent sidewall. Lookie here:
