I would be looking for the 5 wheel rotation, and I took ktrussell4's original post as looking specifically for steel, as he noted that he had already seen several alloys for sale. That's the only reason I clarified.

But otherwise, I agree with you... if it's in the trunk, it doesn't matter what it looks like. But then there also is no need for the TPMS, right?

Good points...
...which lead me to another thought. If you damage a tire like my daughter did a few months ago, you already have a replacement in your trunk that has the same degree of wear. She bought a full set of four new tires as recommended by most for AWD vehicles, to make sure all were the same diameter.
