Upgrade from stock wheels

I just got my 2006 Ridgeline RT (silver) on Wednesday. I want to purchase 20 inch rims....but I have several questions, and I hope, someone can assist me with.

What do I need to do with the Tire Pressure Mounting System, in order to still use the system? I don't want the idiot light on all the time.

I have been reading alot about tire rub, shaving fenders, wheel offsets, tire size etc. On a 20 inch rim, what size is recommended to eliminate tire rub?

I am also interested in black rims....so if anyone has any pics....please share.

Thanks
