Re: lowering ridge - bad experience

I Am A Little Confused The Rear Camber Was Not Really An Issue Other Than I Had To Buy The Camber Kit And Have It Installed, After That It Aligned Perfectly. The Sprint Springs Lowered Her 2" And She Looks Great And Rides Great.

Re: lowering ridge - bad experience

My mistake. The start of this thread mentioned Spring Tech, not Spirit. All things considered, I'd still prefer to avoid a change that requires the camber kit.

How many miles have you put on your tires since lowering it? Have you seen any impact on the tire wear?

Also, who is selling the KW/Belltech coilovers? I can find them in the belltech catalog, but not for sale anywhere.

anyone who carries Belltech can get them, there was a discussion on possibly doing a Group Buy but I'd be surprised if they can get enough people interested, the cost/sophistication is beyond the avg. truck owner

Re: lowering ridge - bad experience

Not sure about group buy or what models he has, but check with ROC member JasonB. he owns Burtman industries which is a ROC sponsor and he has some lowering kits, may also be able to get others if enough people interested. Check the sponsors section under Burtman industries, I think there is a thread in there for lowering springs

Edit: here is the link

Re: lowering ridge - bad experience

Driving a Ridge low goes against it's basic nature.

I'm glad the Ridge fought back.

Hi.

Where did you get that info? They sure feel alot stiffer than that to me based on other suspensions I have had. Could it all be in the valving of the shocks?

Thanks.
