Agreed...still the torque of a diesel is very appealing. Seeing diesel locally for $4.88, I will agree that the cost may not be offset enough to justify buying one.

i want one because it would give me better mpg butim on a 3 year lease in my ridgeline so that means i would get that diesel the 1st year right?? i think i will just buy my ridgeline when the lease ends for $17K

The sad thing is we are about to experience a massive influx of new methods for producing huge quantities of bio diesel like that made from trees which is highly profitable and the price will stay high
