The temp was high 80s low 90s. I have milked it before and didn't get that much gas in it. Normally when I milk it after it kicks off, I raise the nozzle just ever so slightly until it kicks off again. Then repeat. I have actually had gas visible on top of the flap standing. I just hope that eventually I can rattle off 425-450 miles on mine with a tank.

Somebody would be pocketing a lot of cash.
At how many miles did you guys start getting 18 and 19mpg from normal driving. My '07 RTS has 2000 miles now, and no matter how slow I drive it I cann't get more than 14mpg. Thats with just me in there also, 160lbs.
This is my biggest disapointment with this truck thats like 60% plastic.

Re: Something Strange?

I read webwaders link. Interesting, one may just be pumping away and think they are getting more gas, when all they are doing is putting gas back into the stations tank at their cost. Are the stations not already making too much money off of us as it is. I find that if a sign is posted to not do something, that most people ignore it and do it anyway. Stop signs say stop and nine out of ten people slide right through anyway.
