Do you know if a reflash is planned for the '08 V6 Accord? I know the interest will definitely be there. It appears that the biggest 8thGen Accord forum is DriveAccord.net

thanks

He stands strong with all the thousands of extra money he has put into his RL...

I'm sorry but this has been beat to death.... Your silly intake add on and a cat back is worthless... You see with the Baja the intake and exhaust are made special... Let me….

Advance Flow Engineering fabricated a custom intake system that featured a massive, seven-layer air filter and a straight shot of tubing into the intake plenum. At the other side of the engine, Honda contributed a custom-fabbed, free-flowing header that lead to a straight-through exhaust system.
What did Hondadata actually do? Let motor breath without the emission’s system... How much WHP do you think this actually made?

Aftermarket computer tuner Hondata thoroughly reworked the stock engine and driveline computers. All the OBD II "check engine" codes were removed, as was anything having to do with the emissions equipment that had been taken off. The shift points for the automatic transmission were modified so that it wouldn't upshift until the engine hit its 6,300rpm redline.

I am not sure as this topic has not been discussed.
There are not a ton of 08 accords on the road just yet asking for a reflash.
Think about how many more Ridgelines have been sold :-)

You are more then welcome to email Doug concerning this topic.

I wonder who might have one of those.

Before you reply with your silly thoughts about what if tell me what "YOU" have done.

BTW its funny you post a pic of someones work when it was a good friend of mine that made it and then you try to tell me about it. BTW there is more options than what has already been made since then

Oh I'm sorry but that is the actual pic from the baja RL... Your friend (I bet he gave those to you for free )... Oh wait the ones you bought are connected to those things called catalytic convertors...... Oh yes they are... Oh wait you have another friend and you are running your RL without any catalytic convertors....

What have I done? Simple, I have not wasted my money.... .. I am happy you did... Not on your engine upgrades but on your suspension... I’m still waiting for some current updates on your fine tunings.... (And no that was not sarcasm) .... To each their own... I think it’s time for you to go to eBay and get yourself ones of these third cat bypass pipes (now that was sarcasm)...

Oh by the way I have a dyno chart... I gave my dog a crayon and some paper... I layered it over some internet one I found and he created more dog power, I mean horsepower... (Now that some jerky hardcore sarcasm)

Okay here is where I apologize.... Sorry for making fun at your expensive, that was not cool.... …..

Please remain on topic (people who are interested in the reflash). If you both feel the need to further your discussion, do so elsewhere. Thanks

Hey John, I too am interested in this project. I am in Tucson, so I don't know what I can contribute. If there is anything, let me know and I will do what I can.

My bad Moderator Kittenz….... It was on topic as many do not realize that a reflash is not necessarily going to increase HP by astronomical amounts.... You may change the timing of events of shift points to your engines rpm to make your engine work at its optimal power band more often and may get piggy backed computer override for a bit of added richness of the air/fuel mixture to give you a few more ponies.... Now if we are talking diesels then reflash... oh never mind I don’t want to get off topic...

I guess this means I do not want a reflash performed....
