If I may add, that was not one type of S/C that sold, but one actual unit that was designed as a prototype and then sold off.

There is no S/C or turbo kit available for the Ridge. If you do find one, post it up.

Re: Next up - Supercharger.

You guys should take some hints from the Civic crowd, anything can be turbo'd, just no one has figured out how to turbo this yet (although it's definitely possible).

A company called Lovefab specializes in turbo NSX's, Maybe they would know how to do it.

An owner in Hawaii has done it and posted pictures here.

True. The biggest issue would be your exhaust manifold.

Yep. And he wanted to share his experiences. Some of us were very interested in his experiments and progress. All that came to a screeching halt when some poopheads started to criticize him for his dollar per horses ratio and this and that and a million other dumb crap.

Like most people, he stopped posting because it's not worth putting stuff out there only to be ragged on. He was happy with his setup. It got him the power gain he wanted. I once entertained the idea of installing a nitrous system with a progressive controller to keep the added power managed properly. I was told by a (former?) ROC member that it was as dumb as driving my Ridgeline into a brick wall. I know it will work and I've installed nitrous systems before.

So, there are people out there modifying their Ridgelines..... just not sharing the info here.

Getting back to the guy with the turbo...... I believe he installed one of them universal under the car type turbochargers. Being a universal kit, he did not have it set up for optimal results. With the addition of a few missing pieces and some tuning, it could have been a hot ticket...... but NOOoooooo........ poopheads had to spoil things. Selfish little bastards had to put in the "I'm an expert and I think you're an idiot" twist on things.

I used to post pics and share info about my stereo install on this board. I took most of it down because it was just became a dumb thing to do - contribute that is. So much better to just enjoy it yourself.

Anyway, the world keeps turning, people keep............. 'nuff said.

Re: Next up - Supercharger.

Thanks for the additional replies.

I've been calling everywhere looking for info, and as already said, there's nothing out.

On to plan C.

Re: Next up - Supercharger.

I am still considering turbocharging mine.

I can cut the flanges for the exhaust, I have a CNC cutting table. I also have about a million dollars worth of turbochargers and accessories at my fingertips.. oh the urge, it burns!
