That's the same exact trailer! It's gone up in price a little, though.
I had it shipped to my parents farm for $5. I think Harbor Freight had $5 shipping on everything back then.
Getting off-topic, but I also got a hand meat grinder from them around the same time, one of those you clamp to the kitchen table and grind meat cuts into fresh hamburger or sausage. Heavy cast iron. $9.95 + $5 shipping. Still use it to this day...
